I'm having a problem with the fill from profile function. It's not filling all the fields sometimes when it was filling before.
same here but only on a few sites With me, it's Classicheartland. you are not alone, that tells me they did something to the site to not recognize the format for some of the settings ,if I remeber it is just 2or 3lines not filling in

The fields on Classic Heartland are set correctly. They will fill completely and correctly from just clicking on your name on the Roboform toolbar. If not, something either was changed or not set correctly in your settings, defaults, and/or profile.

With Classicheartland, it's the zip code and email not filling in. I didn't change anything in the profiles. I guess I'll have to use a passcard and not an identity.

Their fields are set correctly. It has to be on your end. You should also be sweeping from your passcards not your ID.

Go to "Roboform", "Options", "Contect Menu", and make sure the following are checked:
RoboForm Toolbar (both) Fill Forms (both) Save Forms (both) Customize Menu (menu only) Clear Fields (both)
Right click on "Roboform", left click on "Customize Toolbar". Make sure everything you want showing up on your toolbar is in the right-hand field.

With a clearer head, I was able to figure out the passcard auto-submit function. They were filling but not submitting about half the time, and I think I figured out why. Robo waits until everything is loaded before it will perform the fill and submit, which can slow things down, and I had to load them one at a time.
Sometimes loading multiple pages, and filling them yourself, moves it along faster. This has been my experience.

I keep four windows in that I sweep in, but mine submit instantaneously. It does have to wait for the page to load; but if you're running on a slower internet connection, then it will take longer. We have high-speed cable with Optimum Online, and they load and submit in a flash.

I'm using Verzion FIOS, fiber optic high speed, which *should* be fast enough. Some pages just take a long time, like the Timeinc and others. Maybe I'll try the multiple page dealio tomorrow.

Then you may want to look to your computer to find a way to speed it up. If you're on fiber optic, they should be loading and submitting in a flash. The Time, Inc. sweeps have been loading and submitting just as quickly for me.

Recently, I upgraded ram to 1.5 mb which helped a lot. I'm connecting wirelessly, which may be a factor. When I use the computer plugged into the router it seems to have a faster connection.

That could be the problem, but there are always little tweaks you can give every computer to make in speed up a little more. Plus, always clean house regularly and frequently.

I was having that problem too. After trying various different methods, I am opening the passcard editor, clicking on one passcard, then going down about 20 and hitting shift + enter, and then doing "go to". I used to be clicking on each one until I figured out I could just highlight a whole group and open them. (i think that is what you are doing as well?) They don't autofill and submit that way, just opens all the pages, and then I just go along the tabs in Firefox and click fill and submit for each one. And then go back along the line and close each one. I was also using IE before doing this method and it is much easier to use it in Firefox with the tabs right next to the fill and submit button (took a day or two to get used to it). The "problem children" or "first time added" go in their own folder (and then join the easy "grown up" folder, when I make sure they are submitting correctly ... and if in a hurry will just do close all tabs in the "grown up", hoping that it is behaving correctly, but do make sure and check it every couple-three days, because sometimes a random grown-up passcard randomly acts up!). Those that "fill and submit" doesn't work with just one step, I put in separate folders. (flash, multiple steps <just put in two or whatever passcards for those>, codes, etc.) Has saved me a bunch of time over the way I was doing it before and is also faster for me than clicking straight from the passcards menu. But everyone probably gets used to their own method. Whatever works

Your putting in more steps and making it far more involved than is necessary. You aren't just sweeping in one open window are you?

I am using one window on Firefox, but with twenty or so tabs. I open twenty sweeps at a time with one click. In one window, with twenty tabs at a time. Then enter each of them with one click. They are all in the same window, but with tabs to click to switch between them. so it is 20 sweeps with 21 clicks. (of the ones that can be entered with one click). If it is a two-page entry it takes two clicks. (keep those in a different folder). Or if it takes a code then it is one click, a code filling exercise, and then the submit button. Flash I also keep separately, so I can just load them all at once and then go start doing them. I did try your way, and find this way much quicker for myself, but maybe I just don't like using the drop-down every time This is just the way that works best for me after trying some different methods. I just got pro roboform about a month ago, so I am wondering if our versions may work differently or something?

I do 700+ daily's everyday with 1,000+ total passcard. I do not have daily's separated into a file. They are all listed in the main menu by clicking on "logins". On sweeps like Classic Heartland, I can do around 30 in a minute, about 2 seconds each.

By the way, the new IE7 also has window tabs now too. It's absolutely nothing like the previous versions. You can even have more than one homepage.

yes, but if you enter like i do they open in different 20 windows. Opening a window in firefox first and then selecting a group to enter in firefox automatically does tabs. Also if firefox freezes for any reason, it brings them all back automatically.
I am not criticizing the way you do it. I am just relating the way that works best for me. If it helps someone fine, if not, then not. I have appreciated reading your posts, you are very knowledgeable about roboform, and I have learned a lot from you!
Just adding on my own experiences!

LIDARKSIDE -Thanks for your offer to help...how do I do that? I use the free version of Roboform...
I hope it has these features, but I guess we'll see. When you click on "Logins" on your toolbar that should bring up your main list of sweeps.
When you want to separate certain sweeps into their own list, you will have to make new files as follows. On your toolbar go to:
Logins Edit Passcard Folder New Folder New Folder on the upper right of the popup window Name your folder and saveYou can make as many files as you want.
When you want to save a sweepstakes to a certain folder, make sure you highlight the folder name before saving.
If you want to move a passcard already saved to that folder, right click on the passcard, rename, highlight the folder you want to save it to, and save.

The current update of Roboform Pro will now move the next passcard up to the front page.
I think I made this suggestion to them a little while ago.

I think I can explain myself better on that one now. Very simply put, by the time you have done all of that, I've already have long since finished those same sweeps. That's why I don't think some are fully grasping what I've explained. Anyone can feel free to pm me if they need help. It usually works out better with pm'ing since it's one on one. There were only about four upgrades this time around, mostly addressing Firefox issues.

RoboForm help!
OK, look in your toolbar (under back, next, stop, refresh, home buttons) for a button that says "identity editor" (if you can't find it there, look down by the clock and look for the green computer icon, right click on it and scroll up to "show toolbar" and it will put Roboform on your toolbar), now click it and it will open up into a pop up box. in the pop up box you will see several tabs ( and a tiny scroll bar) fill out the section called "person" with all your information. scroll right to "address" and fill that out. scroll right again, until you get to the tab that says "authentication", click it and you can fill out your favorite password (that you use for all your sweeping sites). if you keep going right, you will find "custom"; In this section if you want Robo to answer "no" for do you want newsletters, offers etc put this in in the "Field Name" box put in "oi offer", in the "Field Value" fill out "no" and in "Other Match Strings" put in "oi" to say thank you in any comment box on a sweep, out this in "Field Name" put in "comments", in the "Field Value" fill out "Thank you, for holding such a wonderful giveaway, I truly appreciate it!", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "comment" to have the check mark for "I have read the rules" to be filled for you.. in the "Field Name" box put in "i have read the rules and regulations", in the "Field Value" fill out "yes", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "i have read the terms" to fill out "how did you hear about this sweep...in the "Field Name" box put in "how did you hear about the contest", in the "Field Value" fill out "a friend", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "how did you hear about us"
don't forget that when you are done, to click the button that says "save and close" (left side, just under the word "identity"
Now when ever you get to a page with a form on it (other than flash sites...robo doesn't work on those) all you have to do is look up in your tool bar for your name and click your name, and Robo will fill out the form for you! If you come across a form, that Robo doesn't fill in correctly, make any changes as needed to the form, then look up in your toolbar for the button thats says "save" click it and it will save the form with all the changes in it, so the next time you come back to that page, you will click the name of the page (between logins and your name) and it will fill the form exactly as you saved it!!
I'm new at RoboPro & need all the help I can get. I've tried several times to enter the above info & this is the error message I'm getting, "Custom fields prevent correct filling of some standard Roboform fields. Remove these custom fields from Identify if you want affected standards fields to be filled correctly. 'oi' overrides Yahoo ID, full name, first & last name, address, street name, etc." It appears I have a new challenge with RoboPro Thanks for any help!
