I am using one window on Firefox, but with twenty or so tabs. I open twenty sweeps at a time with one click. In one window, with twenty tabs at a time. Then enter each of them with one click. They are all in the same window, but with tabs to click to switch between them. so it is 20 sweeps with 21 clicks. (of the ones that can be entered with one click). If it is a two-page entry it takes two clicks. (keep those in a different folder). Or if it takes a code then it is one click, a code filling exercise, and then the submit button. Flash I also keep separately, so I can just load them all at once and then go start doing them. I did try your way, and find this way much quicker for myself, but maybe I just don't like using the drop-down every time This is just the way that works best for me after trying some different methods. I just got pro roboform about a month ago, so I am wondering if our versions may work differently or something?

I do 700+ daily's everyday with 1,000+ total passcard. I do not have daily's separated into a file. They are all listed in the main menu by clicking on "logins". On sweeps like Classic Heartland, I can do around 30 in a minute, about 2 seconds each.

By the way, the new IE7 also has window tabs now too. It's absolutely nothing like the previous versions. You can even have more than one homepage.

yes, but if you enter like i do they open in different 20 windows. Opening a window in firefox first and then selecting a group to enter in firefox automatically does tabs. Also if firefox freezes for any reason, it brings them all back automatically.
I am not criticizing the way you do it. I am just relating the way that works best for me. If it helps someone fine, if not, then not. I have appreciated reading your posts, you are very knowledgeable about roboform, and I have learned a lot from you!
Just adding on my own experiences!

LIDARKSIDE -Thanks for your offer to help...how do I do that? I use the free version of Roboform...
I hope it has these features, but I guess we'll see. When you click on "Logins" on your toolbar that should bring up your main list of sweeps.
When you want to separate certain sweeps into their own list, you will have to make new files as follows. On your toolbar go to:
Logins Edit Passcard Folder New Folder New Folder on the upper right of the popup window Name your folder and saveYou can make as many files as you want.
When you want to save a sweepstakes to a certain folder, make sure you highlight the folder name before saving.
If you want to move a passcard already saved to that folder, right click on the passcard, rename, highlight the folder you want to save it to, and save.

The current update of Roboform Pro will now move the next passcard up to the front page.
I think I made this suggestion to them a little while ago.

I think I can explain myself better on that one now. Very simply put, by the time you have done all of that, I've already have long since finished those same sweeps. That's why I don't think some are fully grasping what I've explained. Anyone can feel free to pm me if they need help. It usually works out better with pm'ing since it's one on one. There were only about four upgrades this time around, mostly addressing Firefox issues.

RoboForm help!
OK, look in your toolbar (under back, next, stop, refresh, home buttons) for a button that says "identity editor" (if you can't find it there, look down by the clock and look for the green computer icon, right click on it and scroll up to "show toolbar" and it will put Roboform on your toolbar), now click it and it will open up into a pop up box. in the pop up box you will see several tabs ( and a tiny scroll bar) fill out the section called "person" with all your information. scroll right to "address" and fill that out. scroll right again, until you get to the tab that says "authentication", click it and you can fill out your favorite password (that you use for all your sweeping sites). if you keep going right, you will find "custom"; In this section if you want Robo to answer "no" for do you want newsletters, offers etc put this in in the "Field Name" box put in "oi offer", in the "Field Value" fill out "no" and in "Other Match Strings" put in "oi" to say thank you in any comment box on a sweep, out this in "Field Name" put in "comments", in the "Field Value" fill out "Thank you, for holding such a wonderful giveaway, I truly appreciate it!", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "comment" to have the check mark for "I have read the rules" to be filled for you.. in the "Field Name" box put in "i have read the rules and regulations", in the "Field Value" fill out "yes", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "i have read the terms" to fill out "how did you hear about this sweep...in the "Field Name" box put in "how did you hear about the contest", in the "Field Value" fill out "a friend", and in "Other Match Strings" put in "how did you hear about us"
don't forget that when you are done, to click the button that says "save and close" (left side, just under the word "identity"
Now when ever you get to a page with a form on it (other than flash sites...robo doesn't work on those) all you have to do is look up in your tool bar for your name and click your name, and Robo will fill out the form for you! If you come across a form, that Robo doesn't fill in correctly, make any changes as needed to the form, then look up in your toolbar for the button thats says "save" click it and it will save the form with all the changes in it, so the next time you come back to that page, you will click the name of the page (between logins and your name) and it will fill the form exactly as you saved it!!
I'm new at RoboPro & need all the help I can get. I've tried several times to enter the above info & this is the error message I'm getting, "Custom fields prevent correct filling of some standard Roboform fields. Remove these custom fields from Identify if you want affected standards fields to be filled correctly. 'oi' overrides Yahoo ID, full name, first & last name, address, street name, etc." It appears I have a new challenge with RoboPro Thanks for any help!

I've used Robo2Go Pro for about a month now, and have been a happy customer. I can't understand from the posts if what I'm trying to do works for others, or if it does not.
What I do now is open the Passcard Editor, select 8 to 10 passcards and then hit GoTo. This opens up 8 to 10 new browser windows, each with the appropriate passcard in bold at the top. I go to each browser, click on the bold passcard (which is set to fill and submit), and then close the window after I get a Thank You. This works, but I'm not sure it is the best way.
What I've tried to do, is open the Passcard Editor, click on a passcard and Login, and repeat for about 8 to 10 passcards. I have the editor set to stay on top, so the windows just open in the background. What I would expect to find as I go to each browser, is a Thank You. However, I ussually only get that on the last window. All of the others look like I just hit GoTo - nothing filled in, and the submit button not selected. I know the passcards will work, because if I do them one at a time and wait until it completes, there is not a problem. It seems when I start the next passcard before the first one completes, it does not work correctly.
Am I doing something wrong, or did I miss something?

I just open multiple tabs/windows and go up and down them clicking on each passcard one after the other. This gives better control and is faster than opening up multiple windows to preload with the passcards. In that case, you usually end up having to do a "fill and submit" on each one if they haven't already filled and submitted on their own.

Maybe what I am missing is how do you get it to open multiple tabs? I just get multiple windows (I use IE 7). Is this something that works with certain browsers but not others?

Look up at the top of your open window where the tab for it is (it tells you where you are). There is blank little white square next to it. Click on that. Another tab should open. You can open as many as you want.

Sorry Darkside, I guess my question was phrased poorly. While I understand how to open new tabs, when I do each is my home page, not the next sweeps page. Do you have all of your sweeps saved as Favorites, so you can open them in new tabs, and then click on the passcard for each? Maybe that is where I'm missing the boat. I used to do that until I got Robo2Go, now they are only saved as passcards so I can move from PC to PC. Could it also be that you are talking about Roboform, and I'm using Robo2Go? Maybe there is a difference, as I have only ever used Robo2Go?

I have both. Robo2Go is just a means for taking what you have on one computer with you to use on another computer. I've never saved sweepstakes to "Favorites". All my sweepstakes are saved directly to Roboform as passcards. All I have to do is left click on each passcard and let Roboform do the work (except in few instances like flash forms). I keep four tabs open and just go up an down them clicking away on passcards.
By doing what you are, launching multiple sweeps over and over and going back to fill and submit, you're actually creating more steps to entering.

OK, I think I see what you are doing. Yes, what I am doing is more work for me and my PC. Do you keep your passcards all at the highest level to make it easier to go through the list, or do you group them in folders?

I save my passcards as follows for an example:
General Mills, Golden Opportunity, 04-15-09, Daily
So, my sweepstakes are automatically in alphabetical order by sponsor and grouped together with their other sweepstakes they are running. Everyday, I can easily delete those sweepstakes that expire on that day by using the date in a search which will pull them all up at once.
I have separate folders for "Weekly's", "Monthly's", and "Entries Per Period".
I keep instants in the same category relating to their frequency.
I start at the beginning of the list and keep going until I reach the end.

I tried what you are doing and it works great. Thanks! I've been saving my passcards in similar folders (including one for Daily) however, I was putting the expiration date at the beginning so the first ones in the list were the ones expiring today.
I hate to ask another question, but is there a reason to have Robo2Go and Roboform? Or is that just what you ended up with because you already had Roboform when the other was developed.

You don't need to separate "daily's" into their own folder. If you just save them, they just get listed in the forefront. So, when you click on "Logins", they're right there.
Robo2Go is meant to take what you have already on your desktop with you. It's not really meant to be used as your main Roboform program, and God forbid you lose that USB.
I have Roboform on my desktop. When we go away, I override what's already on Robo2Go with what is current on my desktop. I don't enter my saved sweepstakes when we're away, but I want to still go through newly posted sweeps on my laptop and save them so the list stays up to date.
When we get back home, I transfer the updated information on Robo2Go to my PC which overrides the old with the new.

Have you ever tried using multiple profiles to keep from going to page 2 on the list? I copied my current profile into a new one to play with while I figure all of this out, and moved all of the Daily sweeps out of the folder. I noticed that when I click Login it has more than one page. Just thought dividing the list between two profiles to keep them on the first page might be an option? Or have you found something else?
Unfortunately I only have Robo2Go. I do backup the My Roboform Data to my PC. I was told by Roboform support that if I lost my USB, I could reinstall on a new one with the key you got when you purchased it, and then copy your Roboform Data folder back to the USB and all should be well. Hope I never have to find out. But I do copy passcards between folders and profiles today, and don't seem to have a problem.

The sweepstakes automatically move up as you go through them if you're going through them in order and not advancing further ahead. So, in that case, you don't have to click on "next page".
I've been using Roboform since it came out in 1999. So, I'm pretty well-established in how I have it set up.

Well, the faster and better Roboform helps you enter sweepstakes, the more you can enter, and the more you can win!

FYI - the latest update •Official Current version of RoboForm is 7.1.0 has a separate d/ld for FF RoboForm for Firefox v1.1.1 Pure Firefox extension that does not require the regular RoboForm installer. Requires RoboForm Online. Which is NOT free JUST updating IE disabled the old Firefox extension!!!

http://www.roboform.com/platforms/overviewRoboForm For Chrome There are two versions of RoboForm for Google Chrome: Full RoboForm toolbar (recommended for Windows users) By default, the latest version of RoboForm will work with the latest version of Chrome. No additional extensions are required and this version provides the best user experience. Known Issues •Only Lower toolbar is available. •AutoSave dialog is modal. •RoboForm toolbar appears on HTML pages only, not on "New Tab" or Summary page. •Make real HTML page to be your Home Page, then toolbar will appear right away.
