i lost one of my best friends today. i got a call early this morning from his ex-wife and she told me the bad news. it just seems so unfair. he was only 34 and had worked so hard over the last year to get his life in good order. he left behind a new wife, a daughter and son and a child due next month. the reality of it just keeps hitting me in waves as the day goes on and i'm just sick to my stomach over it. i know it's a part of life but it's just so unfair sometimes.

I am so sorry for your lose. I know life can be so confusing and the whys are hard to answer. I will pray for you and his family. It has always helped me to turn to God in times like these. Maybe it would help you also.You are in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear that news. It is difficult losing friends. You are right, it doesn't seem fair. That's why it's important to let those you love know how much you love them. I never say goodbye to any of my family and friends without telling them I love them.
I will also put his family in my prayers.

Dark I feel your pain, but I feel the families pain more. Sept 29, 1966 my father passed away, I was 7 yrs old my birthday being Oct 4. He passed away 5 days before my 8th birthday. To this day it brings tears to my eyes. They say you get over it, I would like to know when because after 42 years I am still not over it. There is supposed to be a reason, I would like to know what that reason is. My sister-in-law passed away in "95" 4 days before my nephews 7th birthday.
