I am so sorry to hear about your dog , that is so painful they are so much a part of the family, Remember give yourself time to grieve and I will say a special prayer for you and your family...

Ping Pong, how sweet you are to rock the kitty to sleep.  I remember when Mother found Beanie(3-legged kitty), he was no more than 5-6 weeks old, cold, dirty, and hungry.  We would take turns wrapping him in a blanket and rocking him as well.  His name was originally Sabrina because we thought he was a girl kitty.  He was almost a whole year old before his balls "dropped"  laughing  Now, we just call him Bean or Beanie.
