I'm just a bit confused- I read that it is never kosher for the sponsor to ask for money for shipping, but then I see sweepstakes rules which say, 'Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner'. How do you tell the difference? I mean, which is it? I'm new, and I'm trying to figure this stuff out. With So many scams these days I have alot of questions. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to respond. If there's a protocol to follow regarding paying for shipping, please do share with me.

 

The sideshow sweeps state in the rules that shipping is the responsibility of the winner. However when we won the 12 in R Lee Ermey Doll (hubbys weird what can i say) they said they would tell us what the shipping was. Never did. Item showed up a few weeks later on our steps. that was almost a year ago.
