Well, did you already know about the tools SA has HAD since at least 2007 that makes it the BEST sweeps site on the net? No??? Then check out this thread:

My personal fave is the Sweepstakes Notes feature: A place to put notes to a sweeps that only YOU can see!!! PERFECT for anything that is only of importance to YOU!!!   headbang

Our Admin, Ken, has been listening to our suggestions for awhile now, and is, as I noted in the thread I linked above, "an admin that quickly responds to site problems and takes seriously your ideas to improve the site and implements those ideas in a timely fashion"

So, not only will you have access to all the tools {SweepsCheck, Personal Sweepstakes Notes, SweepsPop, Remind Me, etc,} that SA offers, with Sweepstakes Plus you will also have an advanced directory with added sweepstakes tools and resources not found on SA!

The section I bolded?   SweepsCheck√  well, it's to the right of each listing, and it's an AWESOME tool for those of us who check for new sweeps throughout the day & for double-checking the end of the month sweeps!!!

Just put a check mark in the box when you've entered it, or decided you don't want to enter it, and then either refresh the page (if you DO allow pop-ups at SA) or click the Save My Sweepstakes button at the top - or bottom - of the page.

Then, it's easy to just look to the right for empty boxes - no wading through tons of sweeps you've already looked at and decided for or against!!!

Cool tool, huh?

BUT... that's what PLUS is PERFECT for! YOU create that category {travel voucher} and put those sweeps in it!

If you mean you want to find them?

With the sweeps tools SA has, it's a snap to find newly added sweeps - I open a category and use SORT>Date Added to bring the newest to the top then I use Entry Date in FIND to see which ones I haven't looked at yet.

Once I save the page, every listing page I bring up, whether by category or a search term, is now in that order.

Using travel voucher as my search term from the home page netted me 69 hits.  headbang

With the sweeps tools you can quickly and easliy see which ones you have and haven't yet entered.  sunny

I use this to find the daily prize weekly prize & monthly prize sweeps, since they could be 1x/daily/weekly/etc. entry and I only really check the IW and daily categories.  crazy tongue

OK, you took the plunge and can't add sweeps?

Make sure you are in PLUS

http://www.sweepstakesplus.com/index.php

Under ENTRY CATEGORY you should see: Custom Category and the drop down menu

BUT FIRST:

From the Home page, click on MY SWEEPSTAKES:

http://www.sweepstakesplus.com/fav_control.php

Then scroll down, bottom right, you'll see:

Add new custom category which will take you to:

http://www.sweepstakesplus.com/fav_control.php?daction=add

Then name them {Weekly IW, etc} then reload new sweepstakes, and your custom category will be in the drop down, have fun!

Sweepstakes Count

There is no limit to the number of sweepstakes you can have in your My Sweepstakes - whether SA or SP.

***HOWEVER - If you have any sweeps saved that run longer than one year, they will automatically be removed. ALL sweeps will only stay saved for one year from your save date, so if you have any saved that run longer, resave them at a later date to ensure they don't drop off. 

Your individual My Sweepstakes will tell you the total of active and expired sweepstakes you have saved.

Example: if you go to a specific category, and it says you have 33, but you only see 13, the other 20 are in your expired.

While in any category, look up top, and you will see: Alert! You Have Expired Sweepstakes: Show My Expired Sweepstakes

If you wish to have an accurate account of just active sweeps, remove your expired, your count will then show active sweepstakes only.

Please periodically remove your expired sweepstakes when they have served their purpose, thank you.

This doesn't happen too often but is does happen.  I don't know why it still shows, count wise, in the wrong category, but it does.
