Not sure if I need to update something or it's them, but some of my FB IW's aren't working.They worked yesterday..I cleared my cache and cookies and browsing history, did a Microsoft update.When I click on them they show up but when I click ENTER buttons nothing happens.24 hour time frame between plays is fine,too.Anyone??   MY HARD DRIVE WAS GOING...that was the whole problem.Little by little I was losing access to sweeps and that's what it was.Finally took it's last**** and then my puter finally said I had a bad hard drive.Had a new one installed and back up running in less than 24 hrs...thanks to my great puter geeks down the street!!!

When this happens to me, I try refresh and usually get told I already played, so it IS going thru, just not rendering properly. Many times you'll notice you'll get the win/lose email right after you log in, so I don't worry overmuch on these.

If you think it didn't go thru? Try a different browser - I read someone had an 100% success rate using CHROME - maybe try that?

If you are updated on Java/adobe/IE or FF browser, it's probably them - I go to their wall and scan for similar complaints - that's when you KNOW it's on their end, when you see posts!

It's happening to me today too. Something's up with Facebook. Hopefully they'll work right later today or tomorrow.

It's happening to me today too. Something's up with Facebook. Hopefully they'll work right later today or tomorrow.

It could have to do with the change to the 'darn stupid I hate it alot timeline thing' FB is forcing on everyone.  They have started changing peoples pages already, to be completed by the 14th.  Maybe once the changes are complete everything will work properly again.

When this happens, I also close the page and reopen it, usually that works. When it doesn't, I move my sweepstakes bookmark to my 'problem sweeps' Firefox bookmark folder (so I don't forget which is having problems) and check back later in the day. Rarely are they not fixed the same day as long as it's a weekday, or it's a major company like Hershey's which does happen to have rather buggy offerings.

Me too.....Had major trouble on starting....shut down....restarted. Now still a couple problems on FB. Flukey day.

One of the dailies, a Kraft sweep, wasn't working again today. But on their wall they posted that they're looking into it and since it's not just them, it *is* a Facebook issue. So, we'll just have to wait for FB to fix what's happening.

Got the DUnkin Donuts one to work on IE(which I hate),but when kid tried it just looped.Tried Firefox too...some work and some just loop.Still can't figure out why some work on some browsers and some don't.On Chrome,I click on the sweeps,it shows me the page for like a second,then I get a mostly blank page with a bunch of junk squished to the left...really weird!

Think I figured it out.Had loaded software from a survey site...ya know..so they can monitor your internet usage ,then they pay ya for it.Well, I thought that was about when my problems started,so I did a restore going back a week and a half,which eliminated the software..and now Dunkin Donuts is working for me and a few others that I couldn't get on.So...if anyone else did this,get rid of the software...not worth it.My hub can't figure out why I was getting so mad..he called it throwing temper tantrum..lol! Hey, I live for my sweeps and hate when I don't have access, and especially when I can't figure out why.Gosh forbid when we have power failures...holy moly!
