Sorry to hear about the troubles.  I know from when my car was broken into, it is not as much losing stuff that bothered me, it was the fact that someone went through my car!  I felt violated.

I hope they find out who did this and your nephew can get his things back.   Smile

That is awful. I'm sorry to hear about that. I hope the person is caught and all of his belongings are returned.

I can sympathize with the situation! So sorry to hear that!!!

When I was going to college and living in Detroit I was taking a shower on a Saturday afternoon (yes- doors were locked!!!) and someone kicked down my door when I was butt-naked in the shower!!! They didn't know anyone was home when the door got busted down-and then when they realized someone was home all they took was my purse- I could have lost a lot more! It was a very frightening experience for me living alone in Detroit after that... couldn't sleep, didn't want to hop in the shower, paranoid all the time....

people stink!!!

stay safe.

OMG, stoop, I couldn't handle living there.  Your story makes me appreciate where I live.  How are you doing?

In the part of the country that we live in I can go outside at night by myself and sit ~ I love it.  My hubby gets so upset with me for being so "brave".  By watching him you would think that we live in downtown New York    Such a chicken!!!
