One grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize is one (1) "Power to Dream" custom
designed Garden Room Patio valued up to $18,600, provided by Southern California
Rooms (SCR). Grand prize includes floor to ceiling installation, materials and labor,
including the installation of a concrete slab to be provided by WPCCU. Slab is valued at
$1,600.00 Installation must be completed in full by May 31, 2009. The grand prize has
no cash value. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner. The
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize package is = $18,600.00.
