ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are over the age of 13 may enter the Red Robin Spa-Tacular Mom Get-A-Way Essay Contest (Contest). Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and the Mother of an Entrant may accept a prize in the Red Robin Spa-Tacular Mom Get-A-Way Essay Contest (Contest). Void in Puerto Rico

Each Entry must include, in English, the Entrant's original and factual 100 words or fewer essay (the "Entry") describing why the Entrant's Mother ("subject" or "Mother") "deserves to win" a spa get-a-way. The Entry may not have been previously published nor have won a prize in any other contest.

PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the following: A five (5) night stay for four (4) at the Delta Whistler Village Suites in Whistler, BC Canada. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach airfare for four (4) between the major metropolitan airport nearest Winner's home and the Vancouver, BC airport in Canada, round-trip private car ground transfers between the airport and hotel, a spa package for the Grand Prize Winner [details below], sightseeing or event(s) for four (4) based on season of travel [details below] and $1,000. The prize does not include personal purchases, gratuities, travel insurance, meals/beverages, activities or any other items not specifically listed as included. Minor guests must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash, nor may the Winner demand any substitution for the Grand Prize as described. The Grand Prize may not be assigned or transferred and, once booked, the dates of travel may not be changed except at the discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to availability and restrictions, and blackout dates apply. The Grand Prize trip must be completed by May 31, 2008 and blackout dates are as follows: October 12-13, 2007, December 21, 2007-January 6, 2008, February 15-24, 2008, and March 23-April 7, 2008.

Top Barbeque (available on Saturdays only) and Bear Tour.
Dates of Operation: June 23-September 3, 2007.

Winter: 3 days' lift ticket to Whistler Blackcomb and 2-hour admission to
Coca-Cola Tube Park on Blackcomb Mountain.
Dates of Operation: November 29, 2007-June 1, 2008.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $9,805-$9,861

Runner-Up Prizes: Fifty-one (51) Runner-Up Prizes [one (1) to the finalist from each of the fifty (50) states and the District of Columbia] will be awarded. Each Runner-Up Prize consists of one (1) $200 VISA® Gift Card and one (1) $50 Red Robin® Restaurant Gift Card. Red Robin® Restaurant Gift cards may only be redeemed at Red Robin® restaurants for goods and services. No cash redemption permitted. ARV of Runner-Up Prize is $250.


Essays will be judged by an independent judging firm who will select at least fifty-one (51) finalists (one from each state and the District of Columbia). Members of the Red Robin Marketing Department will select the Grand Prize Winner from those 51 finalists. The Entry judged to best describe why the Entrant's Mother deserves to win a spa get-a-way will be declared the Grand Prize Winner.
