Hi, first let me say I know little to nothing on computers and the like, so please make answers very simple and donot assume I know anything. lol I purchased and mp4 for my husband, it plays music, has a radio, plays movies, reads ebooks, records ect. anyway it came with a real small disk that you have to use to set the player up.My computer is a e-machine with windows xp2000, it has a dvd player. I put the disk in the dvd player, the book with the mp4 says it will start on its own, but it does not. a sqaure box comes up saying Windows can perform same action each time you insert a disk or connect a device with this kind of folder. what do you want windows to do?
copy pictures to a folder on my computer.
Veiw a slideshow of Images using windows picture with fox veiwer
print the pictures
veiw find files and show photos
open to folder to veiw files using window explorer
take no action
then a place to check a square that says always do this action,
or take no action
Anyway no matter which choice I highlight and click on it does not play the disk. I know a long time ago I wanted to watch a disk and it did not start on its own and I just clicked on play disc or something like that, but I cant find anything like that. I am so lost. and  another thing this disk is so much smaller then any other disk I have ever used. it sits in my player, but I have to be careful when I close it or it will slide around. Hope someone who knows allot more then me can figure all this out and tell me how to make my dvd player play this disk so I can set up my hubby's new toy. thanks

Put the disk in your CD-ROM drive.

Click on "Start" (bottom left) of your task bar.

Click on "Run" (right side).

When the small window opens, type in:  D:\setup.exe

Click on "Okay".

Follow the on-screen instructions that should pop up.
