The computer geek just left and I am starting all over on this computer again. At least Alienware stood behind everything and I didn't have to pay for any of the new parts or the geek to come out. Everything was wiped out. Talk about spring cleaning! You don't realize all the stuff you have on these machines until it is all gone. But I am so happy to be back on my own computer again. I have always used the free version of Roboform but have my credit card out to download the upgraded version after hearing all the great reviews from the members here. Wish me luck in getting everything all comfy cozy again!
