I received an email this morning that I was a Winner but had to complete W9 and return.
I am posting on two forums hoping someone has answer or suggestion. I do not find a link or if I go IRS site then how do I complete form and return (other than FAX). Nor is there an attachment, LOL I wonder if this is why I was not on original list? Others couldn't reply?
