Ooo this is fun, I'd be happy to donate a signed copy of my book, "Ready, Click, Win" to SA members to win, if anyone is interested. One entry per person, starts now, ends the end of April.... how about each entry be some act of kindness you've done to someone recently? That way it will be uplifting as well as fun? Winner will be randomly chosen with a randon number checker software on April 30th. (if you're not sure you want to enter, you can read more about the book on my web site, below) Best of luck!

Cool I really want to win this book,
My random acts of kindness. A held the door open for someone yesterday.
Two days ago I saw a little boy sitting on the side of our street. He was crying, he looked like he was about 7-9. Well I felt so bad for him, I wanted to go up and hug him and ask him why he was crying. But I was driving, and there wasn't a spot to park my car. (And this neighborhood people will steal your car). Well when I drove past, I looked in the mirror, and a teen boy came over and sat beside him. Looked like it was his brother or something. Hopefully that little boy is ok. I always seem to be drawn to things like this. Where other people like my husband or someone would never even think twice about it. Maybe its the mother in me. I don't know. But in my neighborhood we see alot of young kids walking around by themselves alot. Most of the parents both have to work. The other day I saw a boy either 6-8 get on a city bus by himself. I was so shocked.
ok im done rambling, lol sorry

I'd like to win also...looks SO interesting!
We have a festival every year to raise money for the school and I always buy extra tickets to give to the kids that run out early. Our school has always been really good at letting the tickets and games just be a quarter a piece but when you only have a few tickets they don't go far. I love to buy tickets and hand them out to the kids!

Darn, you beat me to it. I was going to say I didn't kill my brother in law when he called for money again! I feel bad, I feel like I have been selfish lately as people have been helping me since I hurt my hand. Oh, I know, I helped my niece's girl scout troup raise the money they needed to plant a tree in their town park! Thank you so much for this great contest. Congratulation on accomplishing something as huge as writing a book. That is wonderful!

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to read your book, Sharon! I gathered up blankets, coats and socks and took them to the homeless living under the bridge.

I'd like to win. Thank you for the oppertunity to win the book.
I'm a shop steward for the union and volunteer my time to protect my co-workers and one of those times of protecting a worker I went to a third step grievance and the worker she was accused of not checking to make sure the cash bag went down the mail chute and she was reprimanded and the manager said there was a video camera in the room and I asked where the video tape was and the manager's mouth drop and she said "What?" and I said where's the video tape? Your accusing this woman of something and you have repremanded her so where's the video tape? There was no video tape and a week later I got a phone call from the union saying her reprimand was removed. I love helping the workers! I love my job as a shop steward!

Would love to win!
Random act of kindness . . . Easter Sunday we had a gentleman collapse in church. I went to help, as I know CPR. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and there were 4 of us there who came to help. May he rest in peace, and if he was a very religious man, I guess the House of God is the place to go. Maybe next time it will work (kind of discouraging when it doesn't).

Thanks for the moc.
I donated some items to my local sweeps club yesterday...also planned to give someone's little girl a pair of sneakers that my son can't wear but she wasn't there- I'll give them to her next time. A couple of times this week, I told strangers they had dropped something. These are little things but I think they add up! Thanks.

Please enter me for this. Your book looks like a lot of good info I'd like to read.
My "Random" act of kindness-
Was at Wal-Mart on Sat. I was heading to the checkouts and a lady came hobblying in on crutches. She stopped someone in a white coat from the pharmacy to ask where something was. I saw the employee point towards the back of the store and I heard the lady say "All the way back there?". I then asked her if there was something I could go and get for her so she wouldnt have to go all the way to the back of the store on crutches. She declined. Turns out she needed a birthday present for a nephew and had to go back to the toy dept. I tried.

Thanks to all who have entered. I think some of you may have bought it already, cause I'm the lowest (which is the best) number on Amazon that I've ever been, and I'm #7 on the games Reference area. Too fun (I should mention that if you buy my book and then win this member sweeps, just show me proof of purchase and I'll refund your money, so you don't have to wait if you don't want to) I'm going to do my affirmation book on here next month. Heck the odds are good for you guys, only 15 have signed up. Can't beat those odds with a stick! haha Have great wins this weekend!!! (It's the weekend for me, as I'm done teaching this week, yipeeeeeee)

What a fun contest!!
A couple weeks ago I gave someone who has 4 foster children several pieces of clothing and a huge tub of toys. I also gave them some brand new board games to play with.
Tomorrow I am donating about 15 magazines to the hospital

I'd love to win the book and get some new tips.
Well, I am a middle school teacher and earlier this year I was forced to leave my nice, quiet school and transfer to what is definitely considered the toughest middle school in the entire city of Sacramento! I had no choice because of enrollment, but I knew that it was only temporary. Well, once I got to my current school back in October, I almost DIED!!!! It is definitely an environment that I've never seen in my life!!!! An example: Today while cleaning, I found a HUGE box cutter that one of my students apparantly hid in the classroom to use later!! Scary!! Anyway, here's my good deed. I was given an option to switch for next year to a really good school, but I decided to stay where I am, although it is the hardest thing I've ever done because I know that to some of my students (I teach intensive reading, 8th graders with 2nd or 3rd grade reading levels this is not special education, but regular education here in California) I am the only stable thing they have. When I'm ill and I'm absent, they go bezerk, if I leave this school, they will be stuck with more of the brand new teachers who can't control them, OR, the horrible teachers that can't get a job anywhere else, so I decided to stay!!!!!

Please enter me! About 2 weeks ago, we had a rainy windstorm. That morning was bottle/plastics recycling pickup. I looked outside and saw mine and all my neighbors plastic bottles, cans, etc. all over the street and lawns, so I went outside asked hubby to help me and we cleaned up the whole street, bout 100 peices, it was a real mess. I always donate our clothes to Big Brothers, and a few other organizations, too.
