SWEEPS NOT LOADING IN MY SWEEPS

THE sweeps that I select do not show up in my sweeps for the last 4 days. Please, help

Which sweeps? FB & Twitter only save for PLUS.

yes I know that FB sweeps do not save, but this is from the category unlimited , she knows

I was just thinking about your past comments under sweeps and your threads on issues with your comp.

Looks like this started at the beginning of September - have you tried using restore to go back before then to see if you added/changed a program that *might* be conflicting?

I'm not saying this particular problem is on your end, just a thought I had is all. Smile

I'll let Ken know about this issue.

I would check your pop-up blocker to make sure it didn't get turned on for sweepsadvantage.com . The auto save window must be able to pop open.

Here is a simple test to see if you have pop-ups blocked. Go to any sweep listing you want to save, click the "Add to My Sweepstakes" link directly under the listing, now refresh your browser. If you do not see a little box pop up in the right hand corner of the page then you have pop-ups blocked for SA.

OK, thanks guys, thru all my problems with FF and robo, I guess my pop ups got turned on for SA. There were no warnings as per usual in FF, so I did not even think of that. Thanks again, the issue seems to be resolved. Wow, what a hassle with these updates !
