I have never been able to get sweeps pop to work. I have disabled my pop-up-blocker but that has not helped. I have AVG security system. Could there be something else blocking the program? I appreciate any advice.
 

Thanks for the answer but I do not know how to check out my virus program. It has a lot of settings and advanced settings that I don't understand. I am afraid to change anything for fear I will cause myself to get a virus or something. I guess I will just do without sweepspop for now.  Thanks anyway. 

I did find another pop up blocker in IE. I turned it off but still am not getting sweeps pop. It is probably something simple and dumb that I am doing or overlooking. I am not a computer whiz at all.

 

Checked my toolbars. It's not them. Oh woe is me! 

Mine never worked when I had our old computer--we had Windows ME, and the most recent IE.  I disabled all of my possible popup blockers and thought I was all set, but all it ever would do was open the first one on the list.  We got a new computer (our old one finally died), and it has Windows Vista, and SweepsPop works great, even with all of our virus and other protections.

Maybe it has something to do with Windows ME? 

Anyway--just adding my two cents.  I love sweepspop and it has saved me SO much time entering!
