People affected by the recent deadly tornadoes in Tennessee should be on the look out for fast-talking contractors who say they want to rebuild. Also, watch out for a sweepstakes promising to make you rich!

A woman in Pocahontas, Tennessee sent the Better Business Bureau a letter about a sweepstakes award after receiving it in the mail last week. It says she is the winner of a sweepstakes cash award, and promises thousands of dollars. There's no fee for that. But if she wants to enter to win another prize, she has send in a $21 assessment and processing fee.

The company, who sent the letter, Security Services LTD, is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Better Business Bureau officials in Vegas say they've gotten several complaints about the company.

The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
