:?: Does anyone know where you can find the rules about rules?  I read an article recently that The Prize must be awarded for any sweepstakes etc.  But what if you think that there is something unethical about a sweepstakes?  Who do you report/complain to?  And what about sending off for rules?  Is that illegal?  The Poligrip Las Vegas is an example.  By the time you get the rules back it's too late to enter.  I read the rules carefully, so when I check tht I have read them, I mean I have read them.  but I have come across ones lately where you cannot tell from the verbage if you are permitted more than one entry.  The KMart/Clorox is an example of this.  I also had one where no matter how I tried to access it would show I had already entered for the day.  another one is the Mail In, 3X5 card. Doesn't say if you put in envelope or mail.  And Postcard is bigger than 3X5 and I don't want my information on a card that anyone can see.  Well, I probably should have made this more than one post but got on a roll.  LOL
