I sent away for 20 and got 20 of the same code...
It's a 4 color slick sheet that is about 12x12 inches and says "WIN TICKETMAST TICKETS" and it's from the last contest. Noone won that one that I saw. With 15,000 $100 GC, you have to wonder who won.
