I got a tiny padded envelope in my mail yesterday. Couldn't imagine what was in it but I at least managed to wait until I got in out of the rain and upstairs to my apartment to open it!
In the envelope was a necklace from the Teleflora Rubies and Roses sweepstakes. It's not a real ruby and it's not one of the larger prizes, but it's pretty. It doesn't look like it's worth anywhere near the ARV, though. (Probably a good thing, as I won't be afraid to wear it or give it to one of my nieces.)
Wins have been few and far between, so I'm actually thrilled to have won anything! And it's always nice to receive a surprise package in the mail.
The description from the sweepstakes rules is "A 10 karat white gold created ruby and diamond pendant. (ARV: $150)"
