The shipping is expensive, but truly this is the best ever, even including English chocolate, of which I am a big fan. They have turned down big candy companies repeatedly who wanted to buy their recipes.

I highly recommend the following from Romolo's: their famous sponge candy (it is a must, a tasty and light caramel "seafoam" dipped in chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries (the berries they get are huge, ruby red and just plain out of this world), and their chocolate covered potato chips (sweet + salt - how can you go wrong!)

She wasn't kidding about those shipping charges though ~ whoo!!!  I think that airplane will have to land those chocolate covered strawberries in my backyard!

LOL, yeah they are really high for shipping. In a way, it is a blessing though. I would weigh significantly more than I do now if I could get a hold of those chocolates cheaply!  laughing

 sunny I am a chocoholic.There must be some chocolate in the house or
