I'm sure this is something that isn't difficult to fix...but I don't know how to do it.  Someone in my household did something to change the computer settings.  Instead of opening at full size, any secondary window that opens is now about the size of one of those pink erasers.  I don't like it when it's half size, but I can deal with it.  However, the tiny windows are are really annoying. 

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to resize new windows?  Thanks!
