This is a daily one and it says you're only able to win movie tickets once, but I just won for the second time in the past week. I'm only concerned because the first time I was able to print my ticket, but I never got a confirmation e-mail and this second time I got one right away. Anyone else have this happen? I'm wondering if the first one isn't legit, even though I opened it and printed it. I guess the worst that can happen is I take the first one to the theater and they say it doesn't work!

This is confusing in more ways than one. If there is a limit of one win per person, then the second win should be void, even if a winner [therefore ineligible to win again] played and won a second time. Yet you won twice and are questioning the legitimacy of the first win because you printed the tickets, but did not receive a confirmation email. Hmmm. Does this mean you were able to print the tickets by clicking on something on the winning screen the first time? You don't mention if you were able to print the tickets the second time, from the winning screen or from the email confirmation.

The rules say, "Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Game." Does this information match what your email confirmation says?

Hopefully you will have one bonifide win as allowed.

To answer your question, "Anyone else have this happen?" ---Not me. If I won, I would not play again. If I knew in advance that the tickets were printed at home, I wouldn't bother to enter in the first place. I do not like to deal with tickets or coupons printed at home.

Yes I was able to print the second win, as well. When you win it gives you the link to print your ticket, which is a pdf file with a special code for the theater you select. The second time, though, I got an email right after with the link to it, apparently in case you weren't able to print it right away. Odd, since I didn't get one the first time I won. Ah well, I did decide to send them an e-mail about it so hopefully it will get sorted out.

I can see continuing to play if there was an GP entry for doing so {some sweeps link IW play with daily GP entry} but the only prize is the tickets, right?  scratch

Actually - the worst thing that could happen is that you get DQ'd {disqualified} and your prize(s) will become null and void and you get blackballed by the sponsor for future promos - it depends on how they have it set up.

arrtup3 noted that the rules state: "Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Game." but you were given the win to print out right away, right? That sounds like they are prepaid codes, so they *should* work.

Well I wouldn't have continued playing after the first time, except that it said to come back and play every day, after I had won. I assumed from that, that there were other prizes.  Not sure why the rules say 8-10 weeks, because yes, I got them instantly to print out. I haven't heard anything back from them, but hopefully will soon. If not, I think I'll just let this one go. Thanks for your opinions  Smile

UPDATE! Right after I posted the last reply I received an e-mail from them with BOTH wins attached. So now I know they're both good, but I think I'm done with that game just because of all the confusion!
