Me and my mom are going to try out for The biggest loser. We have to send in a 10 minute tape, and fill out application. I'm excited. My mom loves the biggest loser, she has lost 50 lbs, and keeps losing. I cant seem to figure out how to lose weight, and keep it off.
Well anyone have any good ideas for our 10 minute video? What do you think makes people get picked?

what ever sells the show  cheers is what they look at, if they see that you capture there attention you will probably get picked,that one of a kind tv personality  sunny

Good for you and your mom tiff. I think you have to tell them how much you really want to loose the weight and tell them you are ready to do what it takes.

From what I can tell they are tough and they take this seriously so it won't be easy but if you tell them you know that then they will know you are serious about loosing the weight.

One of the nice things about it if you get picked you get a really complete physical before the show, so even if you don't get past that part you'll have a decent complete physical Smile
