Can you tweet without followers?  None of my 'real life' friends tweet so I know they won't follow me.  I want to start entering twitter sweeps but can I if no one follows me?  I know I could probably go to the twitter site and get the answer, but it is so much easier to ask here,   laughing  the answers SA people give me are usually easier to understand than the 'official' explanations.   Thanks all

You can tweet without followers! You can use hash tags (i.e., #contest -or- #sweepstakes) to cite your topic for non-followers as well as followers! You can get followers by posting #ff (friend follow) and following the person back by clicking follow! Smile Hope this helps!
