I really don't have an answer to your question except to suggest what I do here.  I simply keep my eye out, especially while grocery shopping for any sweeps that may be going on.  Here in America, many companies will post sweeps on their packages and they will be snail mail type sweep.  Perhaps that is something you can search for there.
