Just a warning to everyone.  I order a sample pack from Ultra lean green for like $4.95.  Well I guess I didn't read the conditions and if you didn't cancel within 2 week trial period, you had to pay full price for the item.  Which get this, for 30 packets to put in 16oz of water (30 day supply) is $69.??  (not sure on the cents).  Oh yeah I called and bitched and they said if you would have read the conditions before giving your cc info you would have know this (I guess, from what I can tell, am not the only one).  So now I have to send back what I have (bunch of bs) and the money will be put back in my account 10-14 days.  Because I was getting pissed she said "I didn't do this"  you should have read the conditions.

I don't remember if I got this from this site or an email with freebies, trial offers.   If you order and don't want it, don't wait as 30 packets will cost you about $70.

Waving  Thanks for the heads up on this. Anytime they want a cc to apply s/h I always read the conditions. There are several companies that do this. So sorry this happened to you, but all you can do now is learn from it.

drgage - I don't think you got it from SA - I did a search in the forums and active & expired sweeps and didn't find anything.

I'm sorry you got hit with this, but as pmeek notes, more and more companies do this now - it's how they can "afford" the low low intro rates  nono

Thanks for the thumbs up.  I didn't think I had gotten it here, but just wanted everyone to know about this scam.

Have a great evening!

It really isn't fair to call it a scam as it's a legitimate business with their terms and conditions very clearly outlined.  As consumers, it's our responsibility to know what we are buying--getting into--and to check out such conditions before making a purchase.
