just updated roboform and it stinks with FF. I'm gonna quit updating FF and Robo. Every time I do, I have nothing but problems. Now Robo puts a 1 in front of my phone number that no site will take.( ie 1-800-999-9876) should be 800-999-9876.

EVERY time I update there are problems, which usually work themselves out in about 3 days.  crazy tongue

I kept Firefox 3.6.17 and the paid version of robo 6-10-2 and they work OK. I don't want/need all the bells and whistles robo added so I'm not paying them more when I paid a supposedly 1 time fee.

Been more than 3 days, Robo support says they are aware of prob., but do not have ETA of fix. stinks, will never update again unless I have to. Why do they say they are compatible when they are not. No wonder why they can't sell their product, I will never buy.

Well finally, Robo is working with the latest FF, however, it is still very slow to load info.

Sorry you've been having so much trouble after upgrading and trying everything to get Roboform and Firefox to work together. I know how frustrating it can be. I gave up on Robo.

I totally understand how you are feeling. I am scared to update anything, anymore. Sick of getting their messages, everyday, too. I have learned not to update FF or IE when it first comes out. After the bugs are all worked out, and am hearing positive feedback, then I will update. But now, I have so many problems with FF and my ROBO FORM, I will be stuck at FF 3.6.2, unless I want to pay for R F again.

well, guess what. After saying I would no longer update Robo, I tried it again. But I thought it might fix my prob. It still does not work for FF, so I had to revert to the previous version. The RF update says, it will work in FF, not so. DO NOT UPDATE RF, it stinks.
