They want people to login daily and offer feedback on their site.
They offer $25.00 to sign up and it will convert to cash when they go live.
Like a new pay p*l type of thing. Looks legit.

I am with the group that says it wouldn't be the end of the world if it fell through, and really cool if it takes off. Wish I had been around Pay P*l in it's early days. There are still articles archived with folks wondering if they were gonna be a real option.
I figure my two minutes there daily will be about the same time investment I give to some daily sweeps that I never win.
That said, I think it is super nice that you took the time to bring new info to (my) SA er's attention. Thank you.
