Does anyone know on a sweeps like this if you have to attend the sporting event or is that at sponsors discretion? (can't think of right word)

I have a great niece (adult) who would love to go to London but there is no way she could afford.

and since I've been to London twice I sort of know my way around.  Underground I was fine it was the buses that threw me.  :smt017
