I finally gave up on trying to win a video Ipod.  :(

So I went to Target the day after Thanksgiving and bought myself the 30gb black one and they gave me a free $25 Target giftcard (so I bought a case with that).
Just wanted to say that these things are AMAZING! I'm a total Ipod geek now. I'm out and about shopping for all the latest accessories- like alarm clocks, the Icush, and all sorts of cases, etc.
People I know who never wanted one see mine and now they all want one!!  :lol:
I love music of all kinds and mine is on its way to getting loaded up. I'm a photographer also so I have a ton of my photos on it and I can show people slideshows of my work. I'm working on the whole video aspect of the Ipod... a little confused about the conversion process.

Yes, I love mine as well... hubby bought me one when he stole my bean MP3 I won in the sony game... I didn't care - I wanted that sleek black iPod in my hot little hand, so nice trade!  :P  I used mine just recently to transfer all of my music from our old computer to the new one... it was so easy and I didn't have to burn the 34 data disks it said I would need for my 7,000+ songs and music videos.... I love iPod... I still try to win one too, since you never know when your hubby will try to steal it!!  :o

I'll add my Ipod love...So much easier to carry around then a "discman" and zillions of cds. Even when I had a cd player capable of reading data disks with 200 songs on them It was still a pain to carry a variety of music. I got a 30 gig IPOD last year for my birthday...Funny thing was that after I opened it my dad pulled out a Nano that he'd won at a business meeting and hid from me so he could keep it and get me a larger one. Anyways I admit I wish I had more uses for my ipod. I wish I could play it in the car but I just got a new cd deck a few years ago (another gift) and it's not Ipod hookup compatible or atleast easily and feesibly. I'm hoping to get a newer car in the next year and then be able to have a dock and jam out to my Ipod in the car. It's great for traveling and the morning commute when I take the bus though. I occasionally watch podcasts of the news or other things on the bus.

Any Zune lovers out there? I'm really curious about those I've heard good things but I can't justify buying one when I already have an Ipod that I'm fairly happy with the Ipod (minus the battery life)
