In 2005 I won $500 in gift certificates.  In April of 2006 I tried to use them (they are not expired until June 2006).  Instead of applying the gift certificates they charged by visa/debit account which they required before they would honor my certificates.  Foolishly, I gave them the numbers because I felt they were a legitimate company and would only apply shipping charges.  HA!!  I have been on the phone, I have emailed, I have mailed.  So far I am out of luck.  I am told they will correct the problem, but they have not.  So I am out $400 (I didn't use all the certificates).  Checks have bounced, charges have mounted and I am having trouble paying incoming bills since my account is  now in bad shape.

Please be careful when dealing with this company.  I do not want anyone to go to the trouble I have experienced.
