Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello! My name is Beth and I have been sweeping for about six months, but just started using SA last week. I started sweeping when my husband walked out on us (I have a 9 year old son with autism) and we were homeless for a bit, hoping to win anything to help out. Well I have yet to win, but I got hooked on entering! It's a nice way to relax; I read all the sweepstakes and fill out the form and dream of all the wonderful things I could win. :-)

I have been online since the early 90's (anyone remember when AOL charged by the hour?) and I have to say that out of the hundreds of message boards I've visited, from the posts I've read here this seems to be one of the nicest boards out there! Folks seem to genuinely care about each other and root each other on. Very nice! I hope to "meet" some of you and make some new friends. Thanks for being here!

  Welcome to SA Beth! You are right when you noted that SA seems like the friendliest sweeps site. Not only are the members friendly and helpful, but the admin here listens to the members. In each forum, the threads with info that gets asked about most often are stickied ie: pinned to stay at the top and the text will look darker.
