Employees, officers and directors of Welch’s Foods Inc., (“Welch’s or “Sponsor”), SoftCoin, Inc., (“SoftCoin”), their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses cannot participate. By participating, you agree (and if you are a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, your parent/legal guardian agrees) to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and/or SoftCoin, an independent judging and administration organization, which are final and binding in all respects. 2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion begins on 12/1/07 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 2/29/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT).
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate, you must first obtain a Code, then register at the Promotional web site, as follows.
Obtain a Code: There are two ways to obtain a Code:
(a) Purchase any specially marked bottle of Welch’s jelly, jam, or spread by 2/29/08 or while supplies last. Look for the sticker on the outside of the bottle. Inside the sticker will be printed one (1) 14 (fourteen) digit alpha-numeric Code; or
(b) You may
request a free Code, while supplies last, by mailing a hand-printed self-addressed, first-class stamped envelope to:

LIMIT 20 TOTAL GAME CODE REQUESTS PER PERSON AND 20 TOTAL ENTRIES PER PERSON AND PER ACCOUNT DURING PROMOTION PERIOD.Register at the Web Site. Access the web site at
www.welchsprize.com and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. At that point, to enter you must:
Complete the registration form with all the required information.
Create a username and password. (Record your username and password and keep it in a secure location.)
Enter your Code exactly as it appears on your sticker or from free Code mailing material. If it is not entered exactly as it appears, it will not be accepted.
Follow the directions to submit the registration information, and the Code, and enter the Promotion as directed. Once you are registered, an account will be created for you.
Note that once a Code is properly entered and submitted it cannot be entered again.
When you return to the Promotion Web site you will be asked to log-on by providing your username and password. This accesses your Welch’s Promotion account. You can then enter an additional Code(s) and enter the Promotion more than once.
Deadline/Limitations on Code Entries: Codes must be entered, received and recorded by Sponsor’s Promotion Computer by 3/31/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) and if not entered by then, cannot be entered, are void, and are forfeited. Sponsor’s Promotion Computer is the official clock for the Promotion. Codes submitted in any manner other than as stated in these Official Rules are void and will not be honored or returned. The sale, trading, transfer, assignment, combining, or barter of any Code’s package materials, free Code mailing material, stickers, (“Code Materials”) or Codes is prohibited. Code Materials and Codes have no cash value, and may not be purchased or redeemed for cash or credit. Codes may only be used in a manner consistent with, and as stated in, these Rules. There is a limit of twenty (20) Code entries per person/account during the Promotional period.
Username and Password: Each time you visit
www.welchsprize.com to participate in the Promotion, you must log-in using your username and password. If at any time you forget your Welch’s Promotion username or password, you may gain access to your username and password by clicking on the "Forgot Your Username/Password" link on the Promotional Web site. Follow the on-screen instructions and your username or password will be emailed to you. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You should take precautions to keep your username and password private to prevent unauthorized use. Neither Sponsor, SoftCoin nor any other person or entity will be responsible for any losses, damages or consequences you may suffer due to careless or unauthorized use of a username and password. Only one email address, username, and password may be used by any participant and there is a limit of one account per participant. Should any participant attempt to use more then one email address, username, and/or password, that participant may be disqualified.

Standard Package Terms & Conditions:
Trip must be booked at least 21 days in advance, include a Saturday night stay and all travel completed by 12/20/08. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change, and restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence winner must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian. For car rental, winner must be a licensed driver, at least 25 years old at time of rental, have a valid major credit card, and comply with all requirements of the rental agency. If the winner is not able to, or does not, comply with the requirements of the rental agency, or does not accept the rental for any reason, neither the car rental portion of the prize, nor its value will be awarded. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If winner lives within 125 miles of the destination (as solely determined by Sponsor), ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of ID may be required. Sightseeing tours and features are subject to change, substitution features of equal value may be made if necessary. Tours may include some element of risk. No responsibility is assumed for injuries and no responsibility is assumed for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, or other conditions beyond control.
