Im usually way off. I will pick actors I like over actors that did a great job because I just dont like them.      There has got to be someone here besides me who watches right?

Actor in a leading role~~ Mickey Rourke ~ I just watched the wrestler recently and I was impressed..

Actor in a supporting role~~ tough one.. I think Heath ledger will win but I would vote for Robert downey Jr~ granted a movie like tropic thunder isnt typical Oscar material the movie was hilarious and downey was amazing.

Actress in a leading role~ Gotta go with ~ Kate winslet~I would pick meryl streep but  she has won twice before so they may not give this to her.

Actress in a supporting role~ Taraji P. Henson~ for the curious case of Benjamin button~~ I didnt care for the movie but thought she was wonderful in it.

Animated feature film~ Wall-E~~ loved this move.. very cute.

Directing~Slumdog millionaire~ great movie and I expect it to sweep a few oscars.


Best picture~ Slumdog millionaire~ without a doubt.

writing original screenplay ~ In Bruges~ this was a great movie. very well written. sad and funny at the same time.

writing~ adapted screenplay~ once again.. slumdog millionaire..
