Have sex, and make tons and tons of babies. So this is the 4th time in almost 2 years. That the next door neighbors "wild cats" had kittens. Each time the cats have 4-5 kittens. All the cats have fleas, and are malnurished.

I called animal control once. It didn't help. I don't know what else to do. I have to live by these people, so I don't want to make them mad. Then my daughters (shes 4) is like ohhhhh little kitties, and wants to touch them all.

Before summer started I used a ton of flea products because we had a ton in our house. I got rid of them finally mid summer. But now that there are more flea invested cats I will be so mad if they get all on my stuff, and in my house. ugh. What do I do? 
And to make it worse, they are all black cats. They give me bad luck.
