All individuals who are legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in the State in which they reside, are eligible to enter except employees, representatives, and agents of zinniastores.com, sweepstakes judges and persons domiciled with any of the above.
2. Three (3) prizes will be awarded among all eligible entrants per day consisting of Fashion Jewelry. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Prizes may not be returned or exchanged due to damage or manufacturers defects.
3. In order to enter the sweepstakes individuals must complete the following:
1. visit the Zinnia sweepstakes page at:
www.zinniastores.com, read and agree to the sweepstakes rules;
2. complete the registration form;
3. agree that information on registration becomes property of Zinnia. Incomplete or inaccurate registration forms are void. Limit one entry per household per day. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. The Prize will be awarded to three people per day selected at random from all eligible entries. A day is defined as the 24 hour period between 12:00 am EST and 11:59 pm EST. The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winners within 10 days.
5. The random drawing will be held daily at 12:00 p.m. EST. Chances of winning are determined by total number of eligible entries received.
6. The winning entrants will be contacted by e-mail ONLY at the e-mail address entered on the registration form.
7. Fashion Jewelry is defined as any piece of jewelry not containing precious or semi-precious metals. May be comprised of but not limited to wood, costume metals, glass, plastic, ceramic and painted items. Zinnia accepts no responsibility for harm or injury as a result of the inability to wear fashion jewelry or from the misuse of fashion jewelry.
8. Zinnia is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Zinnia which reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of the Prize with a Prize of comparable value.
9. The selected entrants may be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and one or more releases to obtain the Prize. Zinnia is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or connection with, this sweepstakes. Entrants release Zinnia from all liability in connection with the sweepstakes and any Prize won.
10. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, the entrants selected for the Prize must authorize Zinnia to announce and publish their names, addresses and photographs (without remuneration) in any publicity and also may be required to sign one or more release forms. The declaration form will state that the selected entrants, have read, understood, and complied with the rules and regulations of the sweepstakes, and that he/she accepts the Prize as offered.
11. Failure to comply with all the sweepstakes rules or to sign and return any of the release forms will result in disqualification and another entrant will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries received.
12. Zinnia is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by Zinnia, even if it affects ability to enter this sweepstakes.
13. The decisions of the sweepstakes judges will be final and binding on all entrants. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited. It is the winners' responsibility to report Prize value as income on State and Federal taxes.
14. Zinnia reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
15. The name of the winners may be obtained by e-mail sent to
customerservice@zinniastores.com within 90 days after the drawing date of the Zinnia sweepstakes. Please specify in your request what contest entry date you would like results from.
16. Zinnia reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
17. Zinnia reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time without notice.
18. Free shipping is only applicable within the United States of America and will be delivered via standard USPS First Class Mail or similar at the sole discretion of Zinnia.
19. Zinnia reserves the right to deem any entry as disqualified if it suspects the entrant has tampered with the rules of this contest or its submission process in any way.
