For the first time ever I've already started to Christmas shop.  Bought my daughter Aquadots.  This is basically beads that you can mold together with water.  Well I just heard on the news this a.m. that the beads are covered with this GHB drug like substance that is putting kids in comas if they put the beads in their mouth (which you know they will do or their younger siblings could).  -- What is going on with all these toys??!!! Between this and the lead posioning, I'm scared to death to ever buy them a toy again.

Well I bought this about 2 months ago, my daughter played with it, for about a week, and then we ended up throwing most of it away. Good thing, I just read about that drug substance too. Well the good thing is, it didnt seem to affect her. As long as the kids don't put these things in thier mouths, then they are fine. Since you probably still have it wrapped, you should email the company and try to get your money back.

Only now are they finding all this lead in toys but you know it has probably been going on for years and years.  Kinda makes you wonder about some of the children that "they" like to label as slow learners.  Who knows if this is what caused it.  Scary scary.  The only thing I need to worry about getting away from my daughter is a cell phone.
