mine is a day like today. Its grey, cold and wet. perfect day to curl up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a good book. Im making the coffee now.  Days like this suit my personality. Whats your fav weather day? sunny, raining, cloudy? and why? |

I also like cloudy days at times but my fav. is sunny and a cool breeze blowing. I love the spring time.  |

I have to agree with Cin on this!  About 73 degrees with sun and a few puffy clouds. A nice light breeze. Flowers starting to bloom, trees all decked out in buds. Is there anything better? Well, besides a cozy seat on my porch with a favorite book? |

Nothing like a weekend in New England. Come on out for a visit. It's supposed to be beautiful this coming weekend and the leaves have barely begun to change. Usually, the trees are bare by now!

It sorta reminds me of the Willie Wonka Chocolate Factory, I can see Chocolate Rivers flowing ~ that is like a perfect day!!

I remember reading the book before I ever saw the the movie and my images that I dreamt up were so much more vivid than the movie ~ they are still my favorite way to think of it! I would LOVE to visit a place like that!!
I think I gained about 20lbs just reading that book!!

I might be weird, but I prefer somewhat cloudy days, with nice warm temps in the 70's. I like a summer rain too, but only if I don't have to go out and muck around in it. I really dislike extreme cold and snow - but I know that is coming soon. I guess we take the bitter with the sweet! |

We came back through Alabama on the way back from Florida!! It took FOREVER!!! We were going from bottom to top and it is a big state ~ and it is so pretty. I would have loved to have stopped at chocodelpia! It's supposed to be in the upper 70's this weekend. The leaves are finally turning. It will be beautiful! You can't beat a weekend like this in New England. Let me tell you, those Long Islanders will be jealous!!!!!!!! On a side note, did you see those Easter Bon Bons. YUMMY! But alas, I think I will bake an apple pie. It's something to do with autumn being in the air and the fact that I have a huge can a caramel to put on top of it. Not to worry, I will have a Hershey Kiss or two with it! |
