Where is my computer already

(fume) This laptop is dying dead as a doornail, so my DH ordered me a new one. Three weeks ago. Its still somewhere in China. crazy tongue

My roommate is keeping this one limping along but there is a problem with the video card (and its not under warranty or worth fixing)
I need to go to China to sweep.... laughing

Why is this taking so long? Computer industry keeping less inventory with the economic situation? scratch

It probably got rerouted to India just like all our computer-related phonecalls. error

My previous ISP's Indian tech support was a screaming nightmare. All they could do was read from a script, and if that did not work they'd tell the consumer they had a virus, and hang up!
