OK, here goes my turn to whine. I have had a very bad week. First I realize my SUV needs new front tires really badly (metal showing), then the kids come home from school with their picture order forms, then today my son comes home with broken glasses. Of course I don't have any money for any of these purchases. To top it all off I haven't won so much as a coupon in what seems like a month. I'm not sure if that is quite right but it sure feels like forever. I really need some little bit of luck to brighten my day.

I haven't won anything good lately. I won a $25 gift code, but the site won't take my order for my prize. I called their phone line, and they said they could process my order. They couldn't use my gift code either. They told me they would have it fixed in 48 hours, and for me to call back then. I called back. They still couldn't place my order. They said to try again in 2-4 weeks. In the meantime, I found out that the item I wanted to order for my prize is now sold out, and won't be restocked. I can't win anything big. I might soon be laid off work. I really wish I could win some big cash. I can't even enter the Camel sweeps because it says "incorrect password." I know what my password is, and I have typed it carefully again and again, to no avail. Password retrieval is no good, because they ask you for a code that a recent email from them contains. I have not received emails from them. I checked my spam folder every day, but their emails are not even there. The Mars sweeps won't work right for me. It stops at 75% loaded, so I cannot try to win candy. Hopefully, whining helps to clear up my bad luck streak. It seems to be working for a lot of you, so I thought I'd give it a try too. I think I have the biggest whine of all. My great dane was admitted to the hospital on sunday for emergency surgery for a gastric torsion. He is having other complications and his bill is up to 10,000 dollars. I need a money win big time. Or if anyone wants to make a small donation to the hospital to help with the bill that would be great too. Or if anyone knows of anywhere I can go to request a donation or any quick money making ideas. I have posted on Craigs list but I know a lot of people will think it is a ploy to get money even though I said that they can call the hospital directly and will know it is legitimate. Well, going to do my instants now and keeping my fingers crossed.

 Hello, I haven't won anything in about three months. However, I am not whining. I have not entered anything for about four months - just too busy. Busy with my son' NASCAR races & my trip to London; so life is still good! I hope to return to sweeping in September. Then hopefully the wins will come! z.

Hey, this really does work! I whined the other day about being unable to claim my prize from NBC, and then I tried again, and it worked! Now my prize is on the way. Also, I got an email saying I had won a prize in a Pepsi sweeps. Don't know what yet, but they said they would send it in 6-8 weeks. Then, the other sweeps I was complaining about started working for me again. Then, today, I won three things instantly, and I won a Rascal Flatts download the day after I whined. That makes 5 prizes won since I whined! Thanks for the tip about whining here. Maybe for luck, I should whine that the stuff I won wasn't big enough prizes. Let's hope that works! I've had a year long dry spell. I have won some small prizes so far and I had a good 2007 and 2008 but the last few weeks I have had to keep telling myself to keep entering and not to stop! I have whined to a couple of my sweep buddies who have been winning right and left.

I am going to agree with almost everyone on the whiners' wall that this summer has been terrible for winning. I just keep telling myself that I am not winning any small stuff because soon I am going to win a GRAND PRIZE. I really hope I can stay motivated until that happens.  |

ok here goes i have not had a big win since 2007 when i won a 3 day trip from a local radio station. i thank god every day for my loving family and pray for health a roof over my head and food to eat. i now need to fix that leaky roof please send a win my way from the big whiner

OKay you asked for it and you are getting a dose of reality. We are LOOSERS somebody has got to do it. Do you think when the garbage man was a little boy he wanted to grow up to be a "GARBAGE MAN?" We all want to win. It is a matter of TIMING and OUR timing is OFF maybe by seconds maybe by years. ROFLMFHO! Now with all this said I was "Just Kidding". You are all WINNERS! you have your health the most of you. You can remember your address. You can do 2 things at one time. You can drive and you can earn a living. Your dog you bottlefed from a puppy isnt dying and you do not live in a hood where a drug war is going on. Now I pray all of you WIN even tho I have a prayer list a mile long for the above probs for many and selfishly myself. I never like to judge. Off to bed before the nightly shooting starts. Last night they were on my carport. They stole my washing powders which I needed for the whole month so I wear handsoap washed clothes this month and I fell and I think I broke my knee. I didn't go to Labor day wked Hosp because of swine flu which would be the end of me. I picked out glass for days and now I feel like a truck hit me. I will buy a gun, I hate guns and some know why. Sept horrible month for me. They will steal the gun and shoot me with it. sigh. 1yr 3 mn Not got the big one yet but I LOVE SUBWAY! Now win!

This whining wall seems to be working for me. Lately I hear myself whine because it's been a day without a win. I have won many prizes since the first time I posted on the whining wall. I just want a big win, though, to help with the bills because it looks like I will be laid off. Our hours at work are cut, and soon we all expect the place to shut down. I'd just like to win some cash, rather than so many small items, to help pay bills. I'm sure there are millions of other people in the same boat, though. I don't know how much longer I'll have internet because my son gifted me with two months worth, since I am bringing home such a small paycheck. After two months, I probably won't be able to afford internet any more. Then I can't even hope to win. Hope this whine works! Good luck to all of you at SA.

Hi all--just looked through this thread and realized my problems are incredibly minor compared to some! So, to those who are in trouble, you have my best wishes. To those who want to win, best of luck to you, and to those who are winning, congrats!
Now, for my actual whine--September has been my lucky month in the past, but there have been a cavalcade of annoying, costly things happening this month instead. So--please let me win some large amount of cash so we can get through this month! I'd even settle for a small win, but I can't enter often because our computer died and I am using a borrowed one....
