2. How to Enter: Look for specially marked Borden’s packages that contain a special code on the cap. Peel off the sticker to reveal the special code. Go to www.bordenonline.com and enter the code and all requested information. Special code is required for online entry. Only one entry per code. Hit the “Enter to Win” button to complete your entry. Or, write your name, address, and day time phone number on a 3x 5 card and place it in a stamped envelope and mail it to: Borden’s 150 Dream Kitch Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 809003, Houston, TX 77280-9900. Enter as often as you like, but one entry per envelope, please. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2007. All entries must be received by September 8, 2007. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are allowed. 3. Prizes/Odds: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Dream Kitchen Makeover. Prize will be awarded as a check for $20,000 to the winner. Prize may be used as desired by winner. Approximate Retail Value of Grand prize is $20,000. Fifteen (15) Second prizes consisting of 150 free half gallons of Borden milk. Approximate Retail Value of $433.50 for each second prize. One hundred and fifty (150) Third prizes consisting of a $150 Borden Visa gift card*. Approximate Retail Value of each Third prize is $150. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $49,002.50. All prizes will be awarded, assuming sufficient eligible entries are received. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No prize or cash substitutions allowed except at the sole discretion of the sponsors due to unavailability of prizes for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be transferred to a third party.

4. Selection of winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about September 16, 2007 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters of this sweepstakes. Limit one prize per person/household. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return it within 14 days of notification in order to receive a prize. Failure to return the affidavit in the required time frame will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

5. General Rules: Void where prohibited. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are not transferable. Substitution of the prizes will only be allowed with the discretion of the sponsor and then only for prizes of equal or greater value. By entering the sweepstakes, entrant agrees to allow sponsor to use their name and likeness for publicity purposes at no additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By acceptance of prize, winner agrees to release Borden/Milk Products LP., their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and their advertising, marketing, promotion and judging agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or any use of any prize connected with this sweepstakes. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
