I agree ... It looks like a scam. I had something very similar not too long ago that referenced a Walmart card. My initial instinct was that it had to be a scam and when I googled it, there was a lot of information that indicated that it was.

Scam. Though mine wasn't from Best Buy, I got a text a few months ago saying I'd won a $1,000 Walmart GC. Total BS. Btw, spammers design these on the basis that a LOT of people have bought their cell phones from Best Buy (consider their size and geographic coverage) and so would respond to this kind of message.
