V-TWIN TV 2007 $100,000 EDDIE TROTTA CUSTOM BIKE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the U.S. (including the District of Columbia) aged 18 or over with
a valid drivers license, except for employees of Paisano Publications and Speed Channel, their immediate
families, affiliated companies and their advertising and promotion agencies. The giveaway is void outside the
U.S. (except APO/FPO addresses) or wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
This giveaway can only be entered on-line and only the online entry form provided at the pre-designated web
site will be accepted as official entry. All other entries will be disqualified. To enter, log onto www.vtwintv.com
and complete the online entry form provided. Only one (1) entry per e-mail address per episode is permitted.
Duplicated entries will be voided. All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly. All entries must be received
by September 15th, 2007. Entries received after closing date will be invalid; however, our special TV
subscription offer will still be honored. In the unlikely event of any technical or equipment failures, or human
error in connection with the giveaway, etc., neither Paisano Publications, LLC nor any person involved in
creation or promotion of the giveaway shall be held responsible. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the
authorized account holder of the email address will deemed to be the entrant.
The prize is a one-of-a-kind chopper motorcycle custom designed and built by Eddie Trotta. Prize is not
transferable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted. Prize approximate retail value is
$100,000. No purchase is necessary to win.
Winner will be determined by random selection from all entries received, and validated by Wood Weisinger
Sacdalan & Associates whose decisions will be final. Prize winner will be notified within 30 days of the closing
date, and must acknowledge notification within 10 days, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner
selected. In the event that the prize is not claimed, another random selection will be held among all entries
received to award the unclaimed prize.
THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
RECEIVED, AND ARE NOT IMPROVED BY SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE. WINNER IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES;
TRANSPORTATION, DELIVERY AND REGISTRATION FEES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS OR
CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE. SUCH AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANY
VARIABLES AND CANNOT BE ESTIMATED.
Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release, and indemnification. All entries become
