I entered a contest on "womanisme.com"  I entered the contest (wrote an essay) the website promised $250 American Express Gift Card to the winner.  They published my essay and name and have NOT given me the gift card in accordance to the rules and regulations on the website.  When I notified the girl from the website that I had NOT received the prize she told me to leave her alone and stop e-mailing her.  She then threatened me and my family and used several words of profanity.  I have her text to prove it along with all other documentation.   I never threatened her - I just politely asked if she was going to send the gift card.
