Lindsay Lohan: 'I am innocent'

AP - Lindsay Lohan is proclaiming her innocence after being arrested yesterday for investigation of driving under the influence and felony cocaine possession. "I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy," Lohan wrote in an e-mail to "Access Hollywood" host Billy Bush, the show reported on its Web site Tuesday night.
