Contest: (3): The three (3) Finalists will win a trip to attend and participate in the “California Cook-Off” at “The Grove” in, Los Angeles, California on June 24, 2012. Each Finalist will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Los Angeles, California leaving on June 23, 2012 and returning on June 26, 2012 .Air/Hotel, In addition, each Finalist will receive $500 to be used for meals and other Trip related expenses. (“ARV”) of each Finalist Trip is USD $3,200.00. While at the “California Cook-Off,” the Finalists will participate in a cook off where each Finalist will prepare his/her recipe in front of a live audience “The Grove.”
Contest Grand Prize The Contest Grand Prize is a check in the amount of USD $10,000.00 made payable to the California Cook-Off Winner/Contest Grand Prize Winner.
Contest Runner Up Prizes: The Contest Runner Up Prize is a check in the amount of USD $1,000.00 each made payable to the Contest Finalists who did not win the Grand Prize. The total ARV of the Contest Second Prize and Contest Third Prize is USD $2,000.00.
Sweepstakes Prize: The Sweepstakes Winner will win a trip to attend and judge the “California Cook-Off” at “The Grove” in Los Angeles, California on June 24, 2012. The terms and conditions for the Sweepstakes Winner’s trip to California will be the same as the Finalist’s trip as set forth in Section 8A, including a rental car and per diem payments. In addition, the Sweepstakes Winner will receive a check in the amount of USD $500.00.
