(1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) the home located in Serenbe, Georgia (the "HGTV Green Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Green Home" special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Main Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Product Sponsors and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $650,000); (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) (the "Cash Prize"); and (iii) a 2012 GMC Terrain automobile (ARV: $38,535) (the "GMC Prize"). The ARV of the HGTV Green Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of February 3, 2012.Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $400,000 in cash in lieu of the home (the "Cash Option"). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the GMC Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $788,535 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Green Home or $538,535 if Grand Prize Winner selects the cash option in lieu of taking title to the HGTV Green Home.
