1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) WE Fall in Love Prize Package, which consists of the following elements: (a) a 6-day/5-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia. This all-inclusive stay includes five (5) nights of hotel accommodations in the adults-only Harmony Wing of the resort, unlimited meals, drinks (certain alcoholic brands only), and snacks, available daily activities, available nightly entertainment, and one (1) Island Tour through the Saint Lucia Tourist Board; (b) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s home at Sponsor’s discretion, to Hewanorra Airport in Saint Lucia; (c) round trip ground transportation to/from Hewanorra Airport to/from Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa; and (d) one (1) one thousand dollar ($1,000) Tanger Outlets Gift Card which can be used toward a shopping spree at any Tanger Factory Outlet Center. The total ARV of the Grand Prize package is five thousand four hundred and ninety five dollars ($5,495).

(1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded: a trip for two (2) people (Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion ("Guest")) to Los Angeles, CA ("Los Angeles") to visit SUPRA Footwear & Lizard King in Los Angeles in late April, 2012 (Dates TBD). Winner and Guest must be able to travel between the dates of 4/20/12 through 5/1/12. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip (r/t) coach airfare inclusive of airline-associated fees and surcharges (excluding baggage fees) (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway airport closest to the winner's residence and a Los Angeles area Airport (in the event the winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation shall be provided in lieu thereof with no additional compensation), round trip airport to hotel transportation in Los Angeles, CA, two (2) night accommodations (standard accommodations, one (1) single rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles area hotel selected by Sponsor, and a $1000 shopping spree at the Supra Warehouse. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE IS $3,500.
