An expert panel from SiTV.com will select one (1) winner from the top ten (10) finalists to be featured as a style reporter in an on-air promotion for the Si TV original program, “Model Latina”. In addition, the winner will become a featured digital contributor for SiTrends.com and receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) scholarship or cash!
